The manager is rude! She's never in her office. The place needs renavation. The place is old, appliances are old. When I first moved in the painting was falling off in the bathroom. Dogs bark excessively.

Yeah, but she's HOT! I go up there at least once a week to see if she's wearing those tight pants! My refrigerator is new, the stove is reasonably new. The dishwasher is kinda old. The heating/AC systems seem to be getting at the end of their useful life span!
