I think you get what you pay for, and since this is one of the more expensive places to live in Goldsboro, you get what you pay for. I have lived here for over 4 years, and never had any problems that weren't handled. When I reported my garbage disposal broken, it was promptly fixed without question. I asked if I could install a digital thermostat, & she had the maintenance people install one for me at no charge. The office manager, Kim, is very nice and polite, as well as the other staff members.

Parking could be a little roomier, but it's not bad. The noise is pretty quiet; you can't hear the neighbors unless they're screaming at the top of their lungs or in the hallways.

Water & trash are paid for, cable & electric are not. The pool is nice & well kept.

I highly recommend living here; can't really say anything bad about it.
