A great place to live - I think you get what you pay for, and since this is one of the more expensive places to live in Goldsboro, you get what you pay for. For the price, these apartments are not worth it. The pet fees are outrageous and there is constant noise from the ground keepers mowing or weed eating. The office staff is very unprofessional and almost rude. We are very ready to leave this place.

Episode of Cops every weekend! My family has lived here a short time. We thought it would be great based upon the "look" of things. We quickly found out that this place is loud and annoying. Everything from ATV's driving through the parking lot at 3am, people peeing on cars
