10/06/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Legacy for over two years and will be moving out soon. The apartments are decent, nothing special however the prices are outrageous. I have fond I can live in much nicer areas in luxury apartments and save enough money to make it worth the commute. Most of the staff is nice with the exception of one. The maintenance staff are excellant and have always been right on top of more

06/25/14 by anonymous: Stay away from this place if you don't want to be ripped off. They will overcharge you, lie to you and keep your deposit no matter if the apartment was cleaner when you left then when you moved in. They don't keep the grounds up (dog poop everywhere) mold and mildew in the walls from roof leaks and vagrants living in the woods all around the complex. I never felt safe there even though more

07/18/14 by Missmegan.love@yahoo.com: When we first moved into Reserve at Bradbury it WAS the nicest apartment complex in Goldsboro, NC, however, that quickly changed. One of the things we loved and sold us on this place was the "Private Dog Park" after living here for a few months we soon noticed that the dog park is NOT being well taken care of. They should rake and pull weeds but now it's just a dingy dirty place more

10/02/14 by anonymous: This place is awful. Yes the rent is cheap but my wife and I have been living here for 3 months and have called many times to get the pest control over and they have came once and only sprayed the living room. That did not stop the bugs by no means. There are cracks in the frame of the door where you can see light from outside and they haven't fixed it yet. We also had a big puddle in our more

06/18/13 by anonymous: I lived at Ashebrooke and have family who currently live at Randall Place. Both properties are the best in Goldsboro. Great place. Great neighbors. Nice, clean and well managed properties. Ms. Cynthia who is the landlord takes care of everything. Love her and everything she does. more

08/02/12 by anonymous: The management staff is great. They are kind, courteous and always willing to listen to any and all problems and make recommendations on how to best settle them. The maintenance staff is always there to repair any major issues or emergencies, however it may take them a couple of days for minor repairs. I highly recommend this community, it is usually quite for the most part but as more

05/11/12 by The_Quiet_Man: I lived at Laurel Pointe for 4 years. When I moved in the staff was kind and willing to help. This all changed after the first year. The big thing to note is you are subjected to quarterly apartment inspections. I once failed because I had 2 enveloped bills on the counter and it counted as clutter. I was told upon moving in that excessive noise was not permitted. However, my first more

04/03/10 by anonymous: Unfortunately, you get what you pay for, though. The management has been wonderful. The complaints I have about the apartments is more with the tenants than anything. We haven't had many issues with our apartment itself other than a few things when we moved in and they were handled promptly. Staff is friendly and willing to work with you to make everyone as happy as possible. But, more

09/03/14 by anonymous: I've experienced multiple break-ins and the staff didn't seem sympathetic at all. I'm still waiting to get my locks changed after two weeks. The maintenance staff isn't always courtesy. While working on the apartment next to me I had too complain about the staff members noise level. Maintenance isn't done on an efficient timeline. The pool opens at the end of may and is more
