Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease at Crescent Oaks. The property manager is nice enough, but it has been like pulling teeth to get the smallest thing fixed in my apartment. I was here a full month before they even came to follow up on the things I listed on my move in inspection form, and that was only after I called. The previous tenants were obviously not very clean people and they let their cat pee outside its box (if it even had one). So I now live with the smell of cat urine in my house when I don't even own a cat, despite the fact that the carpet was supposedly cleaned before I moved in, cleaned again with my friend's personal carpet cleaner, and then again when I called the property manager. And after all that, it still stinks. There are holes in my screens that still haven't been fixed. And I can hear my neighbors way too well. Every snore, sneeze, and way too much of their personal time together. I can't wait to move but I'm stuck here until next May.
