If you have a problem with breathing second hand smoke, you don't want to live here. Our adjoining tenant smoked in-house and the smoke made its way into our apartment from around the drain pipes, through the air vents and around the recessed lights in the master bathroom. The manager offered to move us but all the apartments are built the same and they don't regulate smokers so in our opinion there was no guarantee the situation would be any different. We had intentions of renting 5 to 7 years but because of the health issues here we had to move after 3 months.

fyi apartments are not motels they dont have smoking and non smoking apartments so go live in a bubble or live in the real world !!!

You're right! But some people try to make up excuses when management charges them properly. Nicest apartments in Graham and well kept up!
