This is the best apartments in Graham, N.C. We have lived in Graham and i work on the police dept. So i know it's great! Sometimes people come in and aren't happy because they thought crescent oaks would allow them to bend the rules. They stick to their guns and our stay over the last 3 years has been wonderfu.
