Don't like it

I don't like it here. The prop. mgr. was really nice when I was fist applying (aren't they all), but she became rude when I had a recurring maintenance issue with my fridge. The maint. guy came out 4 times to fix it, and I finally said that they needed to either REPLACE the part or replace the fridge, don't just keep coming out and trying to put a band aid on the old part because it obviously wasn't working. She rudely told me that they "don't go around just replacing appliances." I finally had to directly contact someone at Brown (the mgmt. company) to get my issue resolved. That experience infuriated me, because it's not like I went in there as soon as I had a problem and demanded a new part. I was more than patient with trying to get the old part fixed. But I pay my rent on time every time, and I do expect my appliances to run correctly and to be fixed properly and on time when there's an issue. And if it can't be fixed then it needs to be replaced without attitude. Another thing is that when I first I applied I was told that they rarely had vacancies because so few people ever left. But they've had rent special signs posted out front ever since I moved in last May, so obviously that wasn't true. I only have 2 months left on my lease, and I can't wait to get out of here!
