I am so disappointed and upset with the poor standard of living at the Pines. First and foremost, the administative staff is atrociously rude to residents. I can think of atleast 10 times when one particular office manager has been out and out abominable to me. Secondly, there is a very bad occurance of mold on window and bathroom fixtures that cannot be avoided not how much one cleans. Thirdly, the facilities which the Pines claims to offer(i.e the Gym, Pool and Basketball Court) are either broken, locked or " not available" the majority of the time. My final recomdation, don't even waste your time talking to these SHADY pines people or you might run the risk of catching toxic mold.
