When I moved in the apartment was dirty and stinky.
The office staff was uncaring and inconsiderate.
They made excuses for why it was that way.
They later wanted to up the rent and could not explain why! Yes the apartments are cheap and there is a reason why! You definitely get what you pay for here!!

WE never raise the rent unless you upgrade to a larger apt. Our apts are always cleaned and checked before anyone moves in and the office staff and maintence staff care about our residents.

Looks like all of the positive comments come from the staff of this place. I recently stopped by for a tour and they didn't even bother. They just gave me the kays and said "Its that one over there." Needless to say, I choose somewhere else.
