I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE - I moved in Mission Oak Ridge june 2009 only to save money. My 1st night there my tollet in the master bedroom was broken. I told maintenance the water kept pouring out from the bottom of the tollet and they came by with a plunger (definitely could not help ). It took 2 attempts to fix the issue.
