Need to screen the tenants - I have been at Mallard Lake for about 6 years. The staff is nice to me but the tenants are terrible. It used to be a great place, now it is truly turning into the hood. How about doing a credit check and get better people to live here. Even better do a criminal background check and stop taking HUD. This will do away with the dealers and the want to be gangsters.
