Greenhaven management does. Just about a month ago they did a breakfast thing, where they stood out in the freezing cold and handed out free newspapers and breakfast as we went off to work. The apartment is noce anc cozy. its a wonderful location placed close to all the surrounding schools, minutues from teh mall. The bedrooms are a nice size.
