My husband and I call our home the circus, it seems to be over crowded with college students and shiftless loaf abouts! There are always people hanging about where they don't belong like in front of my apartment and making me very nervous. My husband and I are retirees who are home most days. What I enjoy most is gardening but when I tried to spruce up the area around the outside of my home the kids just ran right over my flowers destroying days of hard work. The people in the office always seem nice enough but they don't do anything to fix the problem and often act like I'm bothering them. Our refrigerator went out a month ago on Thursday night and nobody came to fix it until Monday - all the food went bad and they just didn't seem to care in the office. I would be happy here if they would just do something about the noise and clean the place up a little.
