I want to move.

I've lived at Abbington Place for several months and so far my experiences have been mostly bad. The insulation is thin so I can hear when the person upstairs coughs. In spite of the fact that there are gates, at least one of them is always open, so they're only an inconvenience when coming in because if someone wanted to come in there?s nothing to stop them. When I first moved in the oven was filthy, and the wall paper near the stove has grease stains, and its torn in several places in the bathroom. The seals around the windows have obviously leaked because there?s moisture between all of the panes. There?s also mold around the windows, and I often see insects. They don?t spray for them unless you put in a request each time you want them to spray. One time when I was in the shower, a section of the ceiling texture fell, after a month, repeated calls to the office, and a lot more fallen ceiling texture, the maintenance people finally patched the ceiling. There?s also a lot of noise, interestingly enough on weeknights. I've heard people outside shouting (once again on weeknights) as late as 3am. Though it's not a regular thing, it can really be a disturbance if you have to get up early! I'm also annoyed by the parking situation, if you come in late at night, you might be forced to park further away than you want to. This is just a personal thing, but I get really annoyed by the people who park in the handicap spaces in front of my building when they're not handicapped!
I do like the floor plan; I have a sunroom, which serves as a great office and i also have a large laundry room. There is tons of storage space, more than enough for one person. The landscaping always looks nice, although close up, some of the buildings are in the best conditions that they could be.
My final words of wisdom, SEE INSIDE THE ONE YOU'RE MOVING INTO BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE!
