Staff was very courteous when I moved in. Had one problem with the water heater when I first moved in but their maintenance staff fixed it the next day. I am still living on the properity and enjoy going to the once a month socials. I use their 24 hour weight room about 3 times a week, and have never had a problem with any of the equiment. Abbington Place is in the "good" section of gso. and they also have the alarms in every apt. and the gated community thing makes me feel very safe! That is a big plus in my book. All and all unless I get transfered again I will renue my lease here for as long as I am in greensboro.
