I love living here. I'm only moving because I'm leaving the state. The apartment is extremely large. There are lots of windows in each room. The sunroom is great on a sunny day. I love the fact that the bathroom has 2 doors. One to connect to the living room, and one to the bedroom. If guests come over, they do not have to go through your bedroom to get to the bathroom. Your bedroom closet is large. The storage room about the size of the bathroom. The laundry room is conviently positioned near the kitchen and away from the bedroom to prevent noise. The carpet is a nice neutral color. There is a fan in the sunroom and the living room. The only thing I would change about the apartment is increase the kitchen walk way size, and place a cabinet/closet in the bathroom. The community area has lots of parking space. The staff is friendly. Anytime I needed maintenance they responded and came over the same day. The gate is always broken, so most of the time it stays open. My neighbors never bother me. There is no loud noise. There is a nice mix of college students, families, and singles. All ethnicities, black, white, asian, etc. We have a pool, volleyball court, carwash, tennis court, playground, fitness room, clubhouse. Mail is always on time, and the trash is collected regularly.
