I've lived in Abbington Place for less than 6 months but the management has always been "Johnny on the spot" and so far I have only seen one of my neighbors!! the noise level is norm for a working class of people with children and that's fine. I am amazed at some of these reviews though...maybe some of these folks that have decided to make this a sounding board with their "glass half empty" attitudes contributed to their unpleasant stay! I say look in the mirror before unleashing an all out attack on the management and/or the residents of the community! Based on some of the grammatical errors...well, maybe Abbington Place was a bit much for what some of these folks were accustomed to. I find the community refreshing.

We are looking into this property, I was also amazed at the negativity. I have to assume that the persons saying these negative remarks are the ones that were forced out for non payment and what not. I would personally say thank you for the postive and looking at your glass as half full!
