I had terrible experience. Daughter lived here 2 months, got mixed up with drug dealers who lived in her building. Even one of maintenance people appeared to be a lookout for the dealers. We managed to get her out, told manager and staff details. ; not only was manager not helpful, but did not appear to care. We paid rent for remaining 2 and a half months, and they did not appear to care about renting it out, though we turned in keys. I would NOT advise anyone to live here. There was absolutely no cooperation whatsoever. Also does not feel safe; they do not have keyed doorknobs, only deadbolt at top. When I installed keyed doorknob for her, I gave extra key to staff. One of the staff remembered my giving it to them, but the maintenance guy I saw "reporting" to the drug dealer "conveniently" could not find this key.
