I agree. When I first moved to Abbington Place, I loved it. I have now been here for 13 months and it has gotten worse. During the summer, I was baffled at the late night parties. Although this is a gated community, it may as well not be with the gate always open or broken. There are a variety of people in the cummunity who are hard working but there are a couple of residents that are quetionable. I particularly had a young man across the street from me that played music so loud you could here it as soon as you drove into the community. The staff is always there to help but only if it does not concern money. We had an issue with our water bill sending duplicate bills and the office staff was uncooperative with this issue. It appeared to them that we were not paying the full bill.

My advice: Move here at your own risk.
