Beware of managers that change the rules as they go. They have had problems with water pipes in several buildings and still haven't been repaired adequately. Groundskeeping is up to the residents, and if you experience a problem, the managers generally take the attitude of "I'll make a note of it." They don't have sufficient parking spaces available (if there are 24 apts in each building there should be 24 spaces). The trash compactor is over-flowing several times a week which is not only an eye-sore but a health issue. Bye-bye, Abernathy Park.
