I was impressed with the smooth way this community works. I have been since October I have to say the place is clean and quiet.
The manger Valeire is really good and if you explain your problesm she does the very best to fix it. Her older assistant, is not as good, though. Trust me no big deal.
The price is great and the community is at a very short distance from Guilford College, that's a plus.

The only problem, and I have to be honest about it is the post office mail-lady, she misplaces the mail in other residents boxes. That might turn into a nigth-mare. Don't go to the post office or complain to the 1-800 they won't do anything about it.

Except this problem I highly recommend this place, you get free cable and electricity is really cheap $30 a month, you can't beat that nowadays. People in the community keep to themselves and I like that. Thre tends to be some turnaround every month but all the people who move in or out keep really quiet

are you still living here? have you had any problems with your apartment that required attention from the maintenance crew? if so, did they take a long time making repairs and were the repairs done effeciently? I'm thinkin about moving here in jan. so i'm trying to find out as much as i can about this place. thanks in advance for your response!!!

No I moved to Indiana. No, I never had any problems with my apartment let alone with maintenance. The only problem I had, and that was a real pain was the mail lady. I used to get other people's mail, and I never got at least four of my credit card bills
