My fiancee and i have been living at Addison Point for 6 months now and love it. We spent a lot of time and energy looking for the perfect apartment/complex and are very happy with our choice.

We live in one of the new phase one bedroom apartments that has more than adequate space for the two of us - i must say the floor plan was thought out very well allowing for the most space. Our closet space is huge as well as the bathroom, and a nice kitchen in comparison to other apartments we viewed - all for a great deal!

The complex itself is very quiet, great for families, serious students, and working singles. It is also safe with a police station within walking distance. Parking is not a problem.

We have had no complaints with maintenance (nothing broken yet), although when requested to come and turn on our alarm security system, they were there within an hour. Office staff is extremely nice and helpful and plan breakfasts on the go for residents often, as well as an eat in breakfast (waffles with fresh strawberries, yum) and a christmas wrapping party.

The fitness facility is small, but adequate, and no one is ever in there. The laundry facility is right next door and also never crowded.

My only complaints are that i can hear the man above me walking around as well as i can hear his washing machine going. This is a minor complaint, and i guess i could've chosen not to live on the ground floor! In actuality it isn't really a bother.

In summary - this is a wonderful place to live if the community and apartment fits your needs and lifestyle. it definitely fits ours.
