My husband and I lived in Addision Point for a year. We loved it. We didn't have any bug problems. We didn't have any problems with the apartment or appliances. Maintenance was great! The office staff, especially Valerie, were great!!! Basic cable and water is included (it helps, believe me). The electricity is much cheaper (something I took for granted before I left).

The only reason why we moved was because the apartment was too small for us. We even considered the two bedroom floorplans, but they were even too small for us. I work in IT, and I have a lot of equipment that takes up a lot of space. It is great for anyone that doesn't need a whole lot of space.

I do miss Addison Point though. Where I live now has more than plenty of space, but has a small bug problem that I should talk to the manager about soon. ;-)
