Addison Point doesn't offer anything that you couldn't find at a better price. The location was nice, but the price was not worth amount of space you get. I did not like the fact that I had to put my washer and dryer in my walk-in closet and how the water heater was also included in the space. If you can get someone on the phone, maintainence would be there within a day. The walls were also thin, my neighbor being a singer I could hear her at all times of the day no matter her location in the apartment. I would suggest that you look at other places before settling on this one.
