I move from Addison Point in March 2008 and my experience was great other than the pricing. They were offering a really great special a couple of weeks before I moved in....too bad I missed it. Cable was included with my rent but I didn't like paying it all together everything month. I like "at your door parking" and 24 hr fitness center. They would even provide a dolly just in case you had to move something heavy, and they even faxed things for me. Noise was not an issue until the end of my lease term but that was all about the neighbor. I considered Addison Point to be very quiet and a safe community. One other thing, they went through 4 different staff during the course of my lease which was a negative aspect. I think I would recommend Addison Point.
