I enjoy living at Andover Park. The office staff is very helpful and prompt. The only problem I have noticed is the bug volume and one noisy resident. I have not informed the office about him yet but I will do so after the review. I'm certain that when I bring it to their attention they will resolve it. I guess the bug problem is because of the location which is by woods and a river. There are a lot of mosquitoes also. I appreciate the lighting that they have on the floors, they are useful. I notice there is a noise section. The only complaint I have with that is a resident who blasts his music very loudly. To my knowledge he is the only one creating the noise. The office manager is very professional. She is one of the reasons I pursued Andover Park after running into a small problem with a former worker at the residence.
