I think the complex is nice, but I think if there are going to be amenities they should not look cheap especially when most of us pay between $800 to $1000 to live here. I think parking is the biggest issue because some nights you may have to park two buildings away from your own building. The office staff is ok but Jennifer seems to be the only one that can help. The other young lady, Whitney needs to work on her social skills, and she always leaves Jennifer notes to do things because she can't do them herself. I understand everyone has a boss, but I would hate for Jennifer to take a vacation because the apartment complex would probably be in shambles! Other than these minor issues, I think Andover is ok. I think if I was not so excited about being the first tenant to rent my apartment, I would have continued looking.

There are no amenities to look cheap that is why Andover Park is slightly less than other new apartment communities in the immediate area...and if you are paying $800 -$1000 for rent it is the all inclusive package, with your rent, electric, water, sewer, trash and a washer & dryer in your apartment...Which really isn't not bad at all....
