While at my friend s house over the weekend she was writing a comment about Andover Park and as a former resident I waned to read what people had to say. I have to agree with everyone except that last comment. I have to come to the defense of my favorite property and the staff. When I first moved to Andover Park my apartment was brand new, I loved it. Jennifer (property manager), Casey (former leasing agent), and the former maintenance man were all wonderful people. Everyone was willing to help where they could. The property has always been well kept and Jennifer seems to make sure of that. For brand new apartments that prices are excellent. I love the all inclusive package because you just write one check for all you needs. Yeah! I wish they had a few more amenities but they make up for it with the quality customer service. I don t know what that comment was about cheap amenities. There is nothing cheap about these apartments.
Everyone who works in the office is great! Jennifer is an amazing manager. It would be way after 6:00 and I would see her car parked outside. I was starting to wonder if she lived on the property. If you have any questions about your lease or your bill she is the go-to girl!!! She is also kind of like a mom, she always wants to know how you re doing and if everything is ok. You have to love Jennifer! Since Casey left they added a new fresh face to the office; my favorite Aggie, Whitney. Every time you walk in the office she greets you with a big smile. She is full of information but if she can t help you she always leaves word with Jennifer and Jennifer jumps on it first thing in the morning. Also, being that I am an Aggie myself and much older than her; the first time I sat down and spoke with her I was amazed at how well she could hold a conversation about almost anything. She s truly a smart girl. Orlando is an excellent maintenance man. I don t always understand what he is saying but the important thing is he gets the job done. And if it is not to your satisfactions he will definitely come back.
Bottom line this is a wonderful community and anyone who has something negative to say about the Andover Park probably wanted a Park Avenue apartment without the Park Avenue price tag. These days getting into Andover is like trying to get into Studio 54, almost impossible!

Andover park is the best complex ever.This is my very first apartment and the workers in the office take great care of me.. They treat you like family and they teach you great organization skills financially, on bill paying. They are always in care of you. This makes it easer to be away from home. thank you andover!

We the staff of Andover Park would like to thank this former resident from the bottom of our hearts. Your words brought tears to my eyes, it made all the late nights here away from my family worth every minute. Your words about Whitney are so true, she is a kind hearted, well educated, very mature young lady! Orlando is the hardest working maintenance man I have ever met! So from the bottom of our hearts the staff of Andover Park Thanks you for the kindest of words!!
