I was placed in a quiet building of people asge 50 which was great for me b/c I am young but very much quiet and keep to myself. Then the ghetto people moved in. Yelling in the breeze way at all hours... loud music the whole building can hear, a massive dog management obviously does not know about that is left on the screened patio to poop and pee as it see fits b/c no one walks it.
^Same people are responsible for the trashy littered all over the parking lot, like the day after woodstock, and management won't clean that up either.

Then the people with the vicious boxer that roams the property barking and chasing people.

Dont even get me started on the guy with the 150 pound Rottweiler on a retractable leash made for a 10 pound dog, so he drags his skinny owner around chasing people.
I have had a busted out screen due to someones bad A** kids busting it out and trying to break in. Same screen was called in for repair in July 2005, it's January 2006 and still not fixed. Maintenance is a joke... they had a crackhead, who was stealing from people for a while till they caught on to him FINALLY.

Everytime the person above me walks it sounds like a thunderstorm, the people before that were less annoying even with the overweight and always over excited pre-teen.

Inconsiderate neighbors, and nonchalant management... sounds great huh'

I can't wait till my lease is up

I agree with you . I live in Arbor Crest and The kids are horrible kids . they seem to have no care or respect for other neighbors . the trash on the grounds is from kids .. if the office staff would break it down to these parents and the kids I think Arbor crest would be a great place to live . just got to make these people watch their own kids and be a clean ..I can only imagine what the inside of some of these apartments look like the way the kids treat the outside grounds and the breezeways .. milk jugs candy wrappers half eaten burgers . chips and candy cups and papers just tossed around . which in time gets pushed behind the apartments near the woods . starting to look like a trash dump .
