mice in my apartment, when the count was over five I stopped counting. Grounds are not cared for enough. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. Staff is nice and pleasant. The apartments are spacious but old, and with old apartments usually come problems. Had minor problems during move in but the pest problem was the worst. Apartments aren't well equipped for satellite or wireless connections either. Not on my top lists of places to recommend. Great location, however. Apartments are close to shopping as well as 85 and 40.
