After reading the reviews, when I first moved in here, I had some items in my apartment that disappeared. We moved in two days straight, but items from the first day were gone when we came back. We thought we'd left them on the truck, in the old house, in the car or elsewhere and searched for days. Now, I am inclined to believe that maintenance folk probably took them..namely a computer terminal, comforter set, and CDs.

Younger people smoke weed in the breezeway and have no respect for adults. The grounds are constantly dirty with strewn paper or other debris and even if you call to report it, it can remain there for days if it ever even gets picked up.

Office staff are pleasant, but maintenance guys are jerks. They are disrespectful and walk around with a grudge on their shoulders. Now it seems like they are thieves, too.

Although cost effective and lots of room for the price, the other hassles aren't worth it. This is our last month here. Thank goodness for a six month lease.
