When I first moved into Ashbrook Pointe, nothing worked. The telephone service, the internet service, and ask anyone about the cable that was provided through the apartment complex and they will tell you to go another route. It's suppose to be digital, but it acts like a satalite, because when it rains, snows, or a damn plane flys over, you can't view anything. It will say searching for connection. Finally after two months they smooth things over. Everything was going pretty good with management, they fix things that are broken pretty quickly. Then all hell brook lose when they had to change management. The person that works there Ashely Walker is out for the money at that's all. I had an agreement with management before hand were they would allow me to pay a couple days later, because my pay period always fell on that day, but not Ms. Walker. Then payments started not appearing or she didn't receive payments and files eviction notices, when your not even a month late, and let's just clear it up that when management loses payment that's there fault not the person renting the apartment, and to file eviction and tell them after you do it and then say that $100.00 will stop eviction is rediculous! No notice, no response, just money and more money, and to this day they still can not figure out where they put the payment. Then when you don't smoke a damn thing, all of a sudden someone saw you throwing your cigeratte and that it damanged the balcony under you and we will be charging that to your accout. The hell you say. Do you understand how much effort it would to drop a cigerrate off of the third floor, not get affected by any wind and for it to land on the balcany DIRECTLY underneath you, virtually impossible. And I don't even smoke, come on now try that on someone else. And then when she became management everyone started moving out, because she did them the same way. I mean in people were even moving out in the rain and at night. Then they tried to renew my leaese without my consent to bind me in another year long contract, sorry but I'm out of here!! Think again for what their asking they don't offer much...no workout room...only four washers and driers, no tennis court...no nothing!! Go somewhere else!
