This complex used to be quiet and nice to live in until they started letting anyone move in regardless of your income and records. I live in the back and there are constanly parties being thrown and college kids running around drunk and screaming. I have had several run-ins with drunk neighbors who like to talk outside my door and others at 3:00 in the morning. I have told management about this several times but my concerns go unanswered. Management has lost my payment twice and they always make excuses. The cable service is nothing short of a joke and that is the only service they offer. They are local and can't get nothing right. If you like crappy management and a noisy complex, this is the place for you. If you like to get your moneys worth try someone else. Ashbrook Point is hell.
