Moving to Ashbrooke Pointe was exciting in the begining because it was new and looked very nice. Emily was the manager when we moved here and she was awesome to live under. Shawn and herself made and awesome team. After she left I can't say that I have had the same pleasent experience. I live in the very back apartment which recently got robbed twice but no security has begin to patrol nor was a notice sent out to the residents of this building atleast to warn them of the happenings. Each morning I was awakened by the studetns from Smith High School who made camp in the back woods all day behind my home while they were skipping. In addition when it rains hard my ceiling leaks which is less then an inch from my computer. The cable has been the biggest issue for me. Many weekends I have gone without cable because Reflex cable does not have workers that come out on the weekend. My cable bill is 116.00 for basic cable and the internet package. You don't get an option over here if you want basic cable or no cable at all. It is cable or static, what a rip off. The other residents were right about it being noisey over here. There are constant parties and some days I've even found beer bottles in front of my door. I would recommend this to a single person possibly who did not mind paying a lot of money for not very many luxuries. Rent is now over 575.00 for a one bedroom, but there is not gate, not police patrol, no work out center, tennis courts and only 3 washers and 3 dryers. The clubhouse can not even be rented for special activities and nothing is paid for you like cable or even water. Bottom line, this is a pricey community for not such lavish treatment.
