I lived in Ashbrook Pointe for a year. When I read the other reviews here, I think some people just LOVE to complain. The apartments were built brand new in 2002, so everything felt very new. No odors, no stains, no damages- after looking at several OLD apartments, I really appreciated this. I did not have much interaction with the other residents... I didn't move there to make friends, but I didn't see too much shadiness. In my building, most of the tenants were A&T students and were not loud or disruptive in any way. Contrary to what the other reviewers say, I never felt scared. I was always able to find a parking space by my apartment. The apartments were some of the biggest for the price in Greensboro. I never had much interaction with the management, because I always paid my rent on time. I had to break my lease early, and naturally they charged me a fee- BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THE CONTRACT SAID. It was a very pleasant experience. I have friends who just recently moved into Ashbrook Pointe, and I hope they enjoy it as much as I did.
