Living in the Ghetto

I lived at this complex from the day it opened. When Erin was managing everything was great and then the dummies kicked her out. Since this place has not been much better then living on Florida St. This is the worst place. The caliber of people living there are the lowest. People up all night long partying, running up and down wooden steps at 4 and 5 in the morning. Ghetto neighbors pulling up with their music so loud at 4:30 am that your walls shook. No one had any respect. Fights in the parking lot, people yelling at each other that they will go and get their gun. I'm serious, this is the worst living situation I have ever been in. It got to the point that we had cops regulary driving thru the lots each night. Not an official patrol but they were there fairly regulary. Management never did anything, alot of "yes" but nothing ever done. New management tried to screw me for pet rent and deposit when my original lease stated it was waived. Threated to evict me until I threated to take them to court. I was not a slack tennant, always paid rent on time and never had a noise complaint made on me. When I moved out it took Blue Ridge management 3 mos to return my deposit, because it was never "processed". This was due to the management in the clubhouse. Local village idiots. I would never rent from that property group again and if Ashbrook Pointe was the last place on earth to live I would be homeless. Do not live there unless you like loud, unruly, scary neighbors and neighborhood. Also when Smith High band is playing it is soooooo loud. Cable service is the worst. They MAKE you use reflex cable, no other option. Everytime there was rain, wind or just a generally sunny day some channel was out if not the whole damn thing. Never changed my filter either, had to but my own after several requests. Car has been keyed to. Do yourself a favor and don't pay what they charge for particle board wall apartments. Since I left they have raised the rent from $545 to something like $580 to $590 for a 1 bedroom. Ridiculous!!!! Look somewhere else.
