Ashbrook Pointe is a good place to live. It has a lot of college students and is occasionally noisy, but it's an apartment complex. All apartment complexes are a little noisy time to time!

Maintenance has been pretty good. The office staff is good--friendly whenever I drop off rent and always asking if there are any problems with my apartment.
