I have lived at Ashbrook Pointe Apartments for almost a year and plan to stay another year. I have lived in the same apartment suite the whole time. I am very satisfied with my apartment and the value I receive for the price I pay for rent. The apartments themselves are very spacious and very accomodating in how they were constructed. There are wide doorways, big rooms, plenty of natural light, lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and a fair amount of counter space. The only drawback I have noticed is the smallness of the tub, but certainly a superficial quality. As for the management staff, it was different the first week I came here, but the staff in place since then is excellent. They are very responsive to their residents' needs. They treat everyone in a professional and cordial manner and maintain a welcoming and friendly environment at the main office. This apartment site gives you quality and quantity for your hard-earned money. The upkeep of the property is immaculate and the maintenance staff attempts to resolve any issues ASAP and are very competent about the things they repair or amintain. I find that there is always something positive happening at Ashbrook Pointe and their outreach to residents is unparalleled in this area. Don't look any further, this place is GREAT!!!
