I've been here for about two weeks and so far things are pretty average. There have been a few incidents where the neighbors have been loud (i.e. someone banging on someone else's door for 30 minutes at 1am and loud car systems at night) and the office staff has had some incompetent moments, but nothing too serious. The place is pretty quiet for the most part and the office staff is nice. Can't complain too much.
