I've been here for over a year and I really can't complain. There has been a few new neighbors that have moved in and are quite noisy, but for the most part its pretty quiet. The only drawback is living right across the street from a high school so football season is quite noisy. Do not stay on the first floor I've been having a problem with spiders of all sizes and leaky windows.
