I've lived at a lot of different communities in Greensboro and in a large city out west. This community far out weigh any others. The cost is very reasonably priced compared to the amenities you receive. The community is family oriented, quite, friendly, and always clean. The office staff is extemely responsive to your needs as a resident. They even call after a service job has been completed to make sure everything have been suitably corrected. They also call periodically to make sure all is okay. The clubhouse reminds you of a lodge and you can go in anyday to enjoy a free cup of hot chocalate, coffee, etc, and fresh baked cookies. They also have monthly activities for the residents and their families. They take very good care of you!! I do have one complaint though. I only wish there was better parking over on my side of the community. I've spoken with them about assigned parking on severla occasions and nothing has been done. Outside of that I love living here.
