We moved here from Adams farm/steeplechase (see review) and Autumn park has been so awesome. My wife and I have lived in various communities throughout the states and by far this has been the best community with the most dedicated and passionate staff. How come I can say that' Because it is very true. Let?s start with the service. Where others give you lip service and then kind of forget about you when you sign the lease, here the service is very real and done with pride. The staff at Autumn Park takes pride in their homes and residents, and most of the residents look out for each other and the community. Tracey (manager), Barrie (assistant manager - who has been promoted to another community in the same family), Alicia (who just got married) & Julie are extremely pleasant when showing the property. They will show it to with pride and sincerity. The maintenance staff of Chris and Ben is just awesome. They will get most repairs done within 24 hrs and possibly the same day, depending on the schedule. They are very good. Heather who is the executive housekeeper is always smiling and cheerful. She is so creative when she prepares your apartment! What we really notice is that anytime you come into the office, you will always hear positive comments with a positive attitude. The staff, while very professional, is very down to earth!! This staff is close knit and family to us. There is no landscaping problems, no trash problems, and no litter problems. Just a beautiful place to call home!!!!



Ok the benefits and there are many: Here at Autumn park, you can indulge in a 21 seat movie theater, play pool all day while watching TV or listening to the music that is provided, enjoy fresh baked cookies each day and free coffee, hot chocolate or espresso. There is also a large TV in the clubhouse. There are events that happen throughout the month. There is a pool, which is kept clean daily, and a putting green in the center of the grounds, near a beautiful fountain. There is an awesome exercise room, with TV?s above all of the equipment. The laundry room is nice and clean and has a TV in there for you to enjoy (or you can have a w/d in your apartment) There is also a basketball and tennis court. Pets are accepted and they have poop stations around the property!! (hardly any communities have it this way). One great benefit that most communities do not have is that you can transfer to any other cornerstone property in NC or states where Cornerstone manages. All you do is have the paperwork forwarded and you do not have to pay new deposits and all that good stuff.



There is a new phase being built and should be underway soon!! We hear nothing but positive comments from residents!! This is a very safe community and we welcome anybody to come and visit, then go ahead and lease a home!! There are planned events for the residents as well as the kids!!



In conclusion, My wife and I can never think of a greater place to call home. We have been fortunate to have the staff at Autumn Park welcome us into their family, as we have welcomed them into ours. We know when we leave, it will be very difficult. The staff here has raised the bar for living standards and they do it with passion, dedication and from the heart and soul.
