If you are looking for a decently priced apartment and aren't into a ton of features, look elsewhere. Autumn Park has recently come under new management and our rent has gone up significantly. I live in a 2BR apt and can get a 3BR apt in Adams Farm for what I am paying out here.

Some cool features (see theatre and rentable mountain bikes, though who knows where you'll ride them).
