I've lived here since 2002 when the places were new. It was half the size as it was now, and under a different management company. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere of responsible college kids, business people and families. Since 2004, there have been shady people hanging around, parties, gun shots and domestic disturbances. Numerous complaints to management yielded few fixes to tennants. The new management company came in with temporary fixes t o problems, but now they seem more interested in filling up apartments the keeping quality tennants. Also, there is not enough parking spaces for the number of tennants and gussts they allow. No one enforces parking lot rules.
