I would first like to make a few comments on some of the other reviews. First of all, these apartments are not expensive. This person obviously has not had much experience in apartment living, or living in other locations of the U.S. (the north for example). The rent rates are very competitive when comparing similiar status complexes in the GSO area. As for breaking your lease, Autumn Park's policy is very standard amongst apartment complexes across the states. Again, an inexperienced renter. Coming from the north, I was not familiar with the GSO area and therefore I researched and visited virtually every apartment complex in the vacinity. In my opinion, no other complex matched Autumn Park's overall package. I had a 3 bedroom on the 3rd floor. You'll be lucky to even find 3 bedroom apartments in the area, let alone one with a great floor plan like AP's! Encompassing practically 1500 sq. feet, with 2 balconies (one off the master bdrm), laundry room, bookcase in living room, and large closets, the 3 bedroom was like a home. As for the other layouts (1 & 2 bdrm) they are typical of any other complex in terms of layout. Great appliances, grounds were always clean and tidy, pool area very secluded and surreal. Staff was extremely friendly and always helpful, while the maintenance staff was very responsive and also extremely friendly and helpful! AP is in a great location, love being up on the hill, and if you get the right apt. you can watch the airplanes take off (you'll get use to the noise, it's not bad). Close to nearby supermarkets and shopping, and if you travel it's 10 minutes to the airport! I'm a very picky person and expect a lot from my living community. Autumn Park met those expectations fully and coming from the north you appreciate the attention to customer service and quality of the apartments. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Autumn Park and only wish it could have been longer (moved for work).
