I lived in Autumn Park for 2.5 years. When I first moved in, it was a GREAT place to live. However, the management recently changed over in Summer 2005 and it is no longer a good place, no longer friendly, and no longer "fair". They continually increase rent, do not pay your security deposits back - for no reason, and are not customer service oriented. They moved from friendly/customer service to a "just trying to make a dollar" type environment. I do not recommend moving or renting at this complex - look elsewhere!
