I lived at Autumn Park for almost a year and would have considered staying if I had not relocated for work.

The complex is beautiful. The lawn and flower beds are always well kept and the maintenance staff does their best to keep the parking lots and surrounding areas looking nice.

I loved all the amenities! The workout facilities are nice and there's not often anyone else in there, and the pool area and grill are beautiful. My favorite part of the complex was the movie theater. It was available almost anytime I requested it, and there were never any problems with the equipment.

Although small, my apartment was nice as well. I do agree that it was a little pricer than other complexes (I could have found a small two bedroom in Adams Farm for the price I paid for my small one bedroom), but the extras that come with living in fairly new apartments were worth it.

All the appliances are brand new and worked great. Instead of having to carry laundry to the facilities, I opted to have Autumn Park rent a washer/dryer for me which worked out well. The staff takes care of everything, and I avoided all the work usually involved with moving and installing appliances.

If I returned home late at night, I was often left without a space and would have to park at the welcome center or the next building, but during the day and evening parking is never a problem.

Harris Teeter is very close, and I-40 is literally just around the corner, so you can get anywhere in Greensboro in a relatively short time.

I was a little disappointed by the lack of recycling, but I guess you can't have everything. :)

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and if you can get used to the noise from the planes, it's a joy to live there! I would recommend it to anyone.
