I am not a student, I am a professional who has lived on and off in apartments for the past 6 yrs.
--The newest addition in staff, made in the past couple weeks, has some sort of odd "power" issue going on. When questioned on some of the things she does and the basis behind them, the answer is basically-because she can. I used to work for apartments throughout college and her behavior would never have been tolerated. It is as though she takes pleasure in having such a bad attitude and being mean for the sake of being mean. If the staff was halfway decent, this would be a good apartment complex.
--The staff will not let me, or anyone else, have day use of the theatre. Weekend days are off limits,too. For me, that was a key selling point for why I moved here.
--Poor parking lots, not enough parking for everybody.
--Don't use much else to comment on.
--Look everywhere else, unless you don't mind dealing with an extremely rude, staff. Don't let the initial, pleasant behavior fool you. The newest staff has already shown its ugly side. You are nothing to them but a rent check. Its different once your locked into the lease. How can this many people be wrong about the staff'
To sum it all up, there are better places that have decent services and a friendlier staff, which will give you a more peaceful environment. Good luck in your search!
