For the amount of rent you pay, you can buy a house. It's a little over rated really. It's close to stuff but, if you have been in Greensboro for any amount of time, you can always find a route that's "fast" The office is ever changing, but the maintenance people are good and consistent. I haven't noticed any changes for the better though. I have noticed what appears to be drug dealers, cruising in with their pimped out SUV's and BMW's, going down to the "hood" to sling their crap and come home to their apartment here. I wonder if they pay in cash'!' Well, I don't have much longer until I close on my house and it could not be soon enough. At least if I own, I can only kick myself if I pick the wrong place to live. Because this place is not it, silly me for thinking I could pay a high rent for a cookie cutter apartment and feel safe and at "home". Save your money on rent somewhere else and buy. Don't waste your time or money here. It's merely four walls with indoor plumbing. Really
