I've seen this place deteriorate in value. Pool was closed way too much!
Rent is crazy even though Greensboro rent has decreased in the past year.
It's amazing when looking at the amount of people moving out. One good thing about that is now I can find a parking space because parking is not ample.
AP is not very child friendly. They have gone too far - they fine kids for the smallest problem. So avoid AP if you have children. They are not welcomed here.
We will be moving soon because this place is not worth the amount of rent.
Compare rent over the past couple of years and it is easy to see the increase.

not4nothin - Glad to see you deleted your past mean comments, but added a little more know-it-all tips. Glad you have your small child perfectly under control. Write a book for the rest of us. Autumn Park is the not the "IT" place. They do not treat children kind - even those who have NEVER caused a single disturbance! I can personally vouch for that!!! Parking is dreadful at some of the buildings. If parking was only 20 feet and people had to walk a few extra steps, don't think this many residents would complain. Really, now. Cars causing problems because management allows one apartment to use 3,4 or more spaces. Some buildings are not equiped for more than 1 space per apartment. And I do know people who are running from Autumn Park. There are friendlier and nicer places to live. I'm happy that you LOVE Autumn Park and plan on being there a LONG time, because they need people like you to make up for the many more leaving!! And everyone knows how high there rent has unreasonably increased over the past few years. These are facts that can be verified. Not everyone's employer gives them a decent raise every year & one that they want to hand it directly over to Autumn Park so they can close the pool down (during non-winter warm months) and harrass kids for the slightest offense, all the while parking at another building because of insufficient parking spaces. All it takes is one resident to say the children are laughing too loud near their building... It bothers me to see those like yourself that are personally offended by someones right to post there non-personal thoughts to the point that you go on the attack, even though you did tone it down a bit from your original post.

My son is Autistic. I dare them to say anything to me. Does anyone have children with DIAGNOSED personality or neurolgical disorders that are being harassed? If so contact the state board for people with disabilities and watch the firing begin and the lawsuits fly.

I've lived at Autumn Park for nearly 3 years now and have NEVER been so dismayed with the untrue comments about the poor people that work in the leasing office. Those unfortunate people that post false statements should be embarassed with the lies they've told. There have NEVER been nicer, more competant people working here. They have been trying their hardest to get the stuff straight that previous management screwed up so badly. Kenetoken...why are you automatically assuming that just because some sad person, who probably doesn't have children, made up some stupid lie, that the office would say or do something to offend your child?? Children under 18 aren't allowed in the Clubhouse...so what? If your child isn't at least 18, they shouldn't be allowed, since that is the rule. My little girl doesn't go to the clubhouse alone, because I know how to respect and follow the rules. So, I say to all of you rumor starting souls, get over yourselves. If you have a problem, go to the office and tell the people that actually NEED to know. Don't be a coward by telling lies to strangers.

I live here at Autumn Park, and I dont have children. But you know what am glad when people respond about children tearing up landscpaing.(ive seen it with my own eyes) SO TEACH YOUR BAD KIDS TO BE RESPECTFUL AND THEIR WONT BE PROBLEMS. I know my next door neighbors kids are well behaved and they have never had a problem. If you have the unfortunate exp. of having children with a dissability you are still responsible for supervising them! Plus those of us with well behaved childen or no children can enjoy our homes.
